Gratus Kids began in Palakkad, Kerala in 2022 with a heartfelt vision to offer meaningful support for children and families facing developmental challenges. In 2026, we expanded to Coimbatore, extending our trusted care to more families while staying true to the values that shaped our beginning. Today, both centres reflect our commitment to quality, consistency, and child-centered support.

The centres are led by Dr. Dheeraj (MD Ay) and Dr. Salu S Dheeraj (MD Ay), with 15+ years of experience in child care, Ayurveda, and holistic developmental support.
