Our Journey

Our Story — Born From a Parent's Worry

Every day, parents walk through our doors carrying the same weight — sleepless nights, unanswered questions, and a deep love for a child the world doesn't always understand.

Gratus Kids was founded in 2022 in Palakkad, Kerala, with one mission: to be the centre that families wished existed when they needed it most. Led by Dr. Dheeraj (MD Ay) and Dr. Salu S. Dheeraj (MD Ay), we combined over 15 years of child care expertise with a deep belief that every child deserves a chance to grow, communicate, and thrive.

What started as a single-centre vision in Palakkad has grown into a two-city family. In 2026, we opened our Coimbatore centre — bringing the same warmth, the same standard of care, and the same commitment to families across Tamil Nadu.
